Graduate Trainees
Our flagship graduate trainee programme is the Engineer in Training (EIT) programme in Tongaat Hulett Sugar. This is a well-respected, two-year formal training programme offered to chemical, mechanical and electrical engineers who have a passion for hands-on and strategic engineering.
In addition, we offer graduate trainee opportunities in a range of other functional fields including agriculture, agronomy, finance, human capital, corporate affairs, communications, SHE, strategic sourcing and procurement, IT, commercial, sales and logistics.

In-service training programmes
We offer these programmes to individuals with the potential to join our workforce, who have earned an S4 qualification, or are studying towards a BTech qualification. We offer this predominantly in the Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering disciplines. We also have opportunities within other areas, including Human Resources.
